If you read my previous post, you know that I hosted a Stella& Dot party this past weekend. It was a great time with great friends, and of course great food! Like every party I host, I need to create a unique menu to follow along with the event. For this one, I decided that everything needed to be mini, and portable. Everybody wants to grab and go, am I right?? I offered a cheese plate, Pub Cheese (party essential), and then the two big hits; mini Bruschetta and mini Spinach and Artichoke cups. They were a success, and recipes were exchanged.
These took no longer than 10 minutes to make, and only required a few ingredients. Check put the recipe here ! I toasted the bread before to give it a little more of a crunch.
These also did not take long either. Win, win! The ingredients also were not expensive and not too intense. Here is the full recipe . The only thing to note, is when you roll out the crescent rolls make sure they are as thin as you can get them before breaking. Also, only bake for a few minutes since you will then stuff and put make in the oven. I over cooked mine just a tad, which just meant I had to cook the filling spate. No big deal. And, I’m the worst because I just realized I didn’t take a picture of them! (insert sad emoji face)
