Toast to the Punch!

Champagne. Do I need to say more? Every important night, needs an important cocktail and of course for New Year’s Eve I needed a champagne based cocktail! This punch has the fresh taste of fruit and the earthy taste of Rosemary. One that will be making the rounds for many parties to come.

  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2 bottles of brut champagne
  • 1 cup St Germaine (I used St. Elder, a little cheaper and still just as good)
  • 1 ½ cup of blueberry pomegranate juice
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • Blueberries for garnish (I froze fresh blueberries to act as little ice cubes. If you use fresh rather than already frozen they won’t be as mushy when they de-thaw)
  • Rosemary sprigs

Serve when cooled in a large punch bowl, and enjoy!
