Ladies who brunch is a real thing. Every Mother’s Day me and my family full of ladies sit around a table full of cheese, eggs, pastries, and champagne. We talk, we laugh, and we may even cry. Who knows? This year I wanted to switch up the classic Mimosa recipe. If you’re like me, I like to have champagne with a splash of OJ (or whatever juice I have). With this in mind, I wanted to be able to have my champagne and drink it too…with it still being breakfast appropriate.
I bought a bunch of fresh juices (grapefruit, OJ, and carrot juice). I pick different juices and pour the champagne of the flavored ice. The carrot juice cubes are also great to put into Bloody Mary’s!
